3. Use of the Contact Form

The contact form is provided for general requests and information.

Sending a message involves the processing of personal data (name, email, and message content) solely for the purpose of following up on the request, in compliance with GDPR regulations. The data provided:

• are transferred via a third-party service directly to the association's email address;
• are not stored on the website's servers or databases;
• will not be shared with third parties, nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes;
• will be kept only for the time necessary to respond to user requests and, subsequently, will be deleted, unless required by law.

4. Donations via Bank Transfer

The site provides bank details (IBAN) to allow supporters to make voluntary donations.
Purpose: The funds collected are used to support educational projects in schools and support activities for families affected by road accidents.
Traceability: As these are bank transfers, donations are traceable and may benefit from the tax incentives provided by Italian law for non-profits/APS (please keep the bank receipt).
Nature of the donation: Amounts paid as a voluntary donation are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Association is committed to ensuring the accuracy of the information reported, however:

• it is not responsible for any technical errors or temporary interruptions of the service.
• it is not responsible for the content of third-party websites accessible via links on our pages.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the use of the site or these terms, the Court of Padua shall have jurisdiction.

7. Cookie Policy

This site exclusively uses technical cookies necessary for the correct functioning of the pages. No profiling, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies are used:
